A tradition of innovation
Omnia was founded in 1985. Over the years, we’ve realized projects, forged a close-knit team of seasoned pros, diversified our skills, built relationships founded on trust, developed our expertise and delivered outstanding residential, industrial and commercial projects across the country, totalling millions of square feet.
Right from day one, we’ve been growing constantly, with our vision focussed clearly on the future… our own, and that of our clients.
2024
Omnia is one of Montreal's largest real estate builders and developers, with more than 1,500 units under construction and thousands more under development.
2023
With more than 800 units under construction and 2,000 under development for a total value of $1.5 billion, Omnia is experiencing rapid and sustained growth, reflecting its commitment to excellence.
2019
Acting as real-estate developer, in collaboration with Claridge Investments, Omnia completes the boutique condo tower Enticy, in the heart of downtown Montreal and has now built 2,500 residential units.
2016
Omnia completes its first projects as real-estate promoter.
2005
Construction of the two largest printing plants in Canada for the Journal de Montréal and the Toronto Sun.
2003
The Château Acadie opens its doors, the first condominium tower completed by Omnia.
1996
Jean-François Beaulieu assumes the roles of President and Owner.
1991
The Beaulieu family buys back ownership of Omnia.
1989
Omnia breaks ground on the FTQ building, a major commercial contract.
1988
Construction of the first residential building, the Renoir Residence, featuring 313 living spaces.
1985
Omnia was founded by the Cima engineering group.
