Jean-François Beaulieu

Jean-François is a man who thrives on challenges. While pursuing his engineering studies at Polytechnique, he joined OMNIA, then chaired by his father. Often called upon on to oversee large-scale projects from his early days, Jean-François quickly acquired solid management experience and sharpened his business acumen. In 1991, with his degree in hand, he partnered with his father and bought the business. In 1996, at the age of 28, Jean-François became President and sole owner. With solid expertise in commercial, industrial and residential construction, he stands true to OMNIA's mission with passion, forging business relationships based on trust and dedication, serving an ever-growing group of prestigious clients.

Richard Jutras

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in construction project management. Following his studies in economics and industrial relations, and the acquisition of a solid foundation in architecture, Richard collaborated on several major residential and institutional projects in Canada and the United States. Today, backed by that rich and varied experience, he focusses on real-estate development at OMNIA, heading up strategic project management and supervision of construction at every phase—all with unflagging efficiency and attention to detail.

Marc Laprise

With over 20 years of experience in key financial-management positions across companies in a wide range of sectors, Marc Laprise has acquired a solid reputation built on his strategic vision and his uncanny ability to go beyond, generating positive results, both nationally and internationally. Following his debut as a financial controller, Marc quickly rose to the positions of Financial Director and VP Finance for various manufacturing companies, and Senior Controller for a multinational construction leader.

A specialist in rigorous cost control and the implementation of integrated-management technologies (ERP) Marc also distinguishes himself through his leadership in team management and the quality of his business counsel.

Thanks to his vast expertise and knowledge of the markets, Marc has quickly become a valuable contributor to the OMNIA team.

Dominique Guerrier

After completing his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Dominique worked in the construction industry in France, for 15 years; first as project manager and then as a General Manager in major formwork companies, where he lent his talents to commercial, institutional and industrial projects, including the construction of a metro line and numerous condominium developments. In 2010, Dominique arrived in Quebec, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. After years with other major industry players, he joined OMNIA in 2017 and today, after a number of solid successes, he acts as Director of Construction.

François Tremblay

As a graduate in Architectural Technology from Montmorency College and a Member of the Order of Professional Technologists of Quebec (OTPQ), François has undergone extensive specialized training in construction and management. Over the years, he’s lent his talents to several construction companies, climbing the ranks quickly and surely. François is a team player with a perfect command of the various sub-disciplines in his field, and a solid understanding of municipal bylaws and government agencies. He loves a good challenge, particularly when it goes hand in hand with an extraordinary project.

Lucile Beuriot

Lucile Beuriot is a seasoned real estate professional with 10 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Omnia Technologies, she leads the marketing department and implements strategies for both the brand and the projects under development. With a degree in International Business and Marketing, Lucile's expertise spans both commercial and residential real estate, encompassing both sales and leasing. Lucile's strong interest for digital marketing make her a valuable asset to Omnia Technologies. As a leader, Lucile places great importance on the growth and well-being of her team. She aims to create a stimulating work environment where each member can thrive. Her vision is to continue her own professional growth while fostering the growth of her team, thereby bringing added value to both the company and the clients they serve.

Charles Beaulieu

Charles joined Omnia in 2021. He's in charge of helping management with their day-to-day tasks and analyzing potential projects. His favorite part of working at Omnia is motivating the teams to keep improving. His hobbies are property development and fishing.

Véronique Senécal

Felicia Biondi

Felicia joined Omnia in March 2022. Her job is to manage the finance team. Her favorite thing about Omnia is the team spirit of the employees and the interesting projects, which lead her to take on many professional challenges. Her hobbies are soccer, figure skating and crochet.

Geneviève Landry

Geneviève joined Omnia in May 1999. She is in charge of payroll and treasury. What she likes best about her job at Omnia is the family spirit and the mutual support. Her hobbies are drawing and walking.

Tony Nguyen

Tony joined Omnia in September 2021. A wizard with numbers, an Excel guru and a master of software packages, financial analysis is no secret to Tony. For him, Omnia is a place where he can express his talents to the full, both professionally and personally. An outstanding guitarist, part-time geek and gym fanatic, his hobbies leave nothing to be desired.

Cynthia Martel

Cynthia Martel joined Omnia in January 2021. She is in charge of disbursements and cash flow. Her job is to monitor the cash flow of projects under construction and those under development. What she likes best about working at Omnia is the trust we place in her and the working atmosphere. She likes the little attentions paid to employees and the accessibility and openness of management. Her main hobby is sport. She enjoys practising a number of seasonal sports (cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, paddle boarding, roller blade, spinning).

Line Rompré

Line Rompré joined Omnia in June 2021. She is in charge of producing monthly financial statements and is the resource person for any support to the accounting team. What she likes best about Omnia is the diversity of her work, the sharing of knowledge with the team and the challenges offered.

Irène Gauvin

Irène joined Omnia in July 2022. She is in charge of accounting. What she likes best about working at Omnia is the work atmosphere, which she finds very pleasant.

Ginette Martineau

Ginette joined Omnia in October 2023. She is responsible for construction accounts payable. Her job is to work with the construction project managers and directors. What she likes best about Omnia is the dynamism of the company, the friendliness of her colleagues and the fact that there's a sense of belonging. Her hobbies include stained glass, cycling, swimming and travelling.

Obed St-Jean

Obed joined Omnia in July 2022. He is in charge of accounting. His job is to keep track of accounts payable and invoice payments for our various projects. His favorite thing about Omnia is the work environment and the different personalities of his colleagues. His hobbies include music, sports, physical training and discovering different gastronomies around the world!

Sixtine Nottebaere

Sixtine joined Omnia in January 2021. She is in charge of marketing. Her job is to develop and promote the brand image of Omnia and its projects. What she prefers in her work at Omnia is the atmosphere and team spirit that reigns there. She also likes the challenges that are offered to her and to collaborate with several trades on a daily basis. His hobbies are sports, dance and decoration.

Roxanne Manzo

Roxanne joined Omnia in November 2023. As Estate Development Project Manager, she is responsible for supporting the Director and Vice President of Estate Development. Her job is to bring a project to life. This involves analysing the profitability and feasibility of projects, coordinating and supporting the professionals involved in drawing up the plans, right through to the start of construction. What she likes best about working at Omnia is taking part in the actual design of residential projects and the jovial working atmosphere in the office! Her hobbies include training, hiking, travelling, drawing, playing with her son and the occasional cosmic bowling alley.

Mirette Tameze

Mirette joined Omnia in October 2021. Her job is to support the marketing and development teams in all their day-to-day administrative tasks. Her favorite thing about Omnia is the teamwork and flexibility (work/family balance). Her hobbies are cooking, dancing and reading.

Nadia Kanem

Nadia joined Omnia in September 2021 and has 7 years' experience in the construction industry. Her job is to manage the final touches of the condos with the various trades before and after delivery. She is the person who stays in touch with customers, supporting them throughout the property-buying process and keeping their satisfaction in mind. She is the link between customers, construction and management. What she likes best about working at Omnia is the change and versatility of her role. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Luc Bertrand

Luc joined Omnia in November 2020. He is responsible for estimating and ensuring that budgets are respected for the various projects. His job consists of carrying out all tasks related to budget and fixed-price estimates for projects. What he likes best about his job is the social side, the contact with project managers, directors and especially subcontractors and suppliers. His hobbies are cottage activities and boating.

Rémi Boucher

Rémi joined Omnia in March 2023. He is in charge of managing the project teams for which he is responsible, as well as the budget and deadlines. What he likes best about working at Omnia is the freedom to make complex decisions and take on large-scale projects, but above all it's the company culture and team spirit. His hobbies include travel, diving, field hockey and golf.

Pierre Mongeau

Pierre a rejoint Omnia en juin 2023 Il s’occupe de la direction de projets. Son travail consiste à mettre en place les outils nécessaires à exécuter les projets qui lui sont confiés. Ce qu’il préfère dans son travail chez Omnia ce sont les défis qui composent un projet et surtout, le fait de trouver des solutions à des situations qui semblent impossibles à résoudre. Ses hobbies sont le bricolage et la marche avec son chien.

Feriel Helioui

Feriel joined Omnia in 2021. She manages construction projects. What she likes best about her job at Omnia is the challenge opportunities and the different projects. Her hobbies are sports, the outdoors and music.

Maxyme Perreault

Maxyme joined Omnia in October 2022. His role is to manage project teams to ensure they are effective. His goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. What he likes best about Omnia is the dynamic teams that share his vision of construction. He enjoys managing several large-scale projects simultaneously. His hobbies include hockey, softball, pickelball, paddle boarding and kayaking.

Sophie Coulombe

Sophie joined Omnia in August 2022. Her job involves the complete management of construction projects, from the contracting phase through to final delivery. Her favorite part of the job is the opportunity to bring concepts to life, collaborate on stimulating projects with diverse stakeholders, and solve complex challenges to deliver quality buildings that meet her customers' needs. Her hobbies are varied and reflect her passion for construction and her creativity. She enjoys traveling to discover architecture and culinary diversity, recharges her batteries by participating in music festivals, and devotes time to personal projects related to renovation and architectural design.

Vincent joined Omnia in March 2022. His job is to carry out the construction of buildings while ensuring that deadlines are met. He coordinates and directs subcontractors and other site workers. His favourite thing about Omnia is the team spirit. His hobbies include travelling, golf, downhill skiing and music.

Guillaume joined Omnia in October 2023. His job is to manage all construction activities in collaboration with the other members of the team. His favourite things about Omnia are the team spirit and the opportunity to change the urban landscape. His hobbies include travelling, downhill skiing, hiking and camping.

Nicolas Silva

Nicolas joined Omnia in February 2022. He manages construction projects. His work involves preparing calls for tender, awarding contracts, managing the budget, setting deadlines and coordinating the various parties involved. What he likes best about working at Omnia is seeing a project take shape from the initial plans, and meeting the technical challenges involved in delivering a quality building. His hobbies include travelling, soccer and hockey.

Taha Khodr

Taha joined Omnia in February 2022. His job is to coordinate all the players involved during and after the completion of a project. What he likes best about working at Omnia is the flexibility (office/worksite/teleworking), the company culture, the teamwork, the positive environment and the opportunity to grow and learn by having the chance to work on big projects. Her hobbies include table tennis, billiards, tennis and board games.

Adèle Lépine

Adèle joined Omnia in August 2024. Her job involves managing tenders, coordinating and inspecting construction work, as well as working with clients, subcontractors and design professionals. What she likes best about working at Omnia is the variety of tasks and challenges. Her hobbies include volleyball, reading and yoga.

Marianne Hurault

Marianne joined Omnia in April 2024. Her job is to coordinate the various activities of suppliers on site and ensure that each stage of the project is carried out properly. Her favourite part of her job at Omnia is seeing the progress of the project every day and working with a variety of people. Her hobbies include basketball, hiking and sewing.

Dany Prince

Dany joined Omnia in August 2024. He coordinates and plans site work to ensure that it runs smoothly and meets deadlines. His hobbies include sports such as American football, hockey and family activities.

Josée Gagnon

Josée joined Omnia in October 2020. Her job is to assist the project managers with their administrative tasks. Her favorite things about Omnia are the variety of tasks, the always respectful atmosphere, the team spirit and the recognition received. The canine world is her passion, more specifically canine agility.
